The Red Cross of Timor-Leste was established in 2000. Since then, it has grown significantly and has now established a network of volunteers across the country. Its humanitarian activities include responding to disasters, providing first aid and basic health services, supporting water and sanitation services and HIV/Aids prevention. Speaking from their new headquarters in the country's capital, Dili, senior representatives of the Red Cross of Timor-Leste explain their vision for the future and the organization's contribution to society.
