Philippines launches nationwide IHL infomercial

In real life, war has real consequences.

To raise awareness about the Geneva Conventions and the rules of war, the Philippines' International Humanitarian Law Ad Hoc Committee launched an infomercial intended to be shown nationwide. The project was supported by the Swiss Embassy in Manila.
