Profile of an ICRC delegate - What we are looking for

ICRC delegates are deployed all over the world to contribute to the organization's mandate and mission of ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence.

Their responsibilities vary according to the duty station and may evolve rapidly based on operational needs on the ground. Under the management's supervision, they are in charge of assessing needs on the ground, maintaining relationships with the adequate interlocutors, reporting and more, with a specific focus on detention activities depending on the context.
