This booklet contains the text of the "Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction" adopted on 18 September 1997 by a Diplomatic Conference in Oslo, Norway.
It is intended to promote understanding of the Convention's rules and to facilitate its ratification and implementation by governments.
