Inclusive programming in ICRC operations: Final assessment report

This evaluation, completed in January 2021, assessed the most effective ways that the ICRC should implement "Inclusive Programming". This means ensuring that people and their needs are at the centre of ICRC's humanitarian action. The inquiry process drew on good practices and consultations which resulted in a refined vision statement for Inclusive Programming. A theory of change was developed to map the steps needed to achieve the newly formulated vision for Inclusive Programming in the ICRC.
