Iraq: Two million people still displaced as winter arrives

The ICRC is expanding its winter distributions this month, having already provided food and other essentials, clean drinking water and medicines to more than 1.5 million. Patrick Youssef heads the ICRC delegation in Iraq. In this interview, he explains the humanitarian situation.
