Malaysia: IHL role play competition 'taking the law out of the books'

Each year, the ICRC organises an International Humanitarian Law (IHL) role play competition, designed to encourage competing students to negotiate, persuade, argue and demonstrate their knowledge of IHL in different fictional conflict scenarios.
