Family Links Network guidance on Strengthening National Societies’ RFL Capacities

This document discusses how to strengthen National Societies’ RFL capacities, in particular through partnerships. First and foremost, this guidance is intended for staff of the ICRC and participating National Societies working in partnership with other National Societies. It seeks to inform National Societies of what to expect from such partnerships, while taking into account the IFRC’s guidance on National Society development.
