Main responsibilities

• Provides general secretarial and administrative support to the Staff Health Officer.
• Organizes a file of hospital bills of mobile staff and their dependents, ensuring the original receipt of the paid account is forwarded to the mobile staff.
• Provides administrative follow-up for digital filing activities.
• Encode the medical cover sheet and keep a file for easy reference.

Required profile

• University degree in nursing
• 2 years’ clinical and administrative experience
• Proficient in MS office applications; advanced MS excel skills is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Filipino
